Text messages (SMS)

When you submit our quote form and check the consent box, or otherwise give us your number and ask us to text you, you agree to receive text messages from West Valley Barn Doors about your project, and, where you have consented, occasional marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Photos you attach to a quote request are used to understand and price your project. We do not publish photos of your home without your permission.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our customer relationship and messaging platform, website hosting, and analytics providers, and only for the purposes described here, or when required by law.

Retention and security

We keep project records as long as reasonably needed for business, warranty, and legal purposes, and we use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect them.
